  • What is the main purpose of this app?

    A to Z Multistore Sync app will help you integrate all your Shopify store & will let you manage products/variants & inventories just in a single click. Basically, it is reducing the hassle of maintaining different stores & making the whole process less time consuming & less hectic.

    Note: This app doesn't require any kind of code-pasting.

  • What are the Membership plans for this app and the charges?

    There are two membership plans for this app-

    1. BASIC Membership Plan:

    Charges are $15/month and you’ll be able to add three Shopify Stores.

    1. PLUS Membership Plan:

    Charges are $25/month and you’ll be able to add five Shopify Stores.

  • Can we select which properties related to the product we need to get auto-updated on all the stores?

    Yes, this page has a configuration regarding Multichannel Product Auto-Update which will let you choose the properties which you want to get auto-updated on all the integrated channels whenever any changes are made to these properties of primary channel's products.

    How to configure this?

    Go to the A to Z Multistore Sync app > Click on the Configuration menu > Enable the Multichannel Product Auto-Update button > Select the properties > Save.

  • Do we need to manually import the newly added products on Shopify to the app?

    No, we have provided you an option (enable it from the Configuration menu of this app) which will let you automatically import the newly added products to the app from the Shopify store.

  • How to get the access token which we need to enter while adding channels to the app?
  • Can we perform mapping on more than one products of different stores?

    Yes, whilst mapping products, you'll have an option at the bottom right of the mapping form saying 'Add Store' clicking on which you can perform the same.

  • How are the products imported in the app?

    If you are importing products from the Primary Channel then you'll need to select the products from the pop-up menu listing all the products added at the Shopify end.

    If you are importing products from different channels to the app then you'll need to import then according to the date range.

    How to import products?

    Go to the app > Click on Products menu > Click on Import products > Select the Store from which you need to import > follow the instructions > Click on Import.

  • How to uninstall the app?

    To uninstall the app, you need to remove the app from the "Apps" menu of your Shopify Store. Go to your Shopify store backend>> Visit the "Apps" section >> Here click the "Delete" button to uninstall the Product Zipcode Validator app.

    NOTE:- As soon as you remove/uninstall/delete the app on your Shopify store, we will send you an email asking you to allow us to delete app-related data from our end. Kindly confirm the same.
