What if Etsy & Shopify stores have different currencies?
The app lets you add Currency Conversion Rates. You need to provide the latest currency exchange rates. This information will be used while auto-updating the prices of the products from Shopify to Etsy with different currencies.
What all can we sync using this app?
Products, Collections & Orders can be easily synced using the connector.
Do I need to sync newly added products manually?
The app lets you automatically create newly added Shopify products/orders at Etsy.
What is Price Rule?
This is the percentage of the price difference between Shopify store products with respect to Etsy store products.
Example: If you set the Price Rule= 10% then a product of $100 at Etsy will be listed for $90 at Shopify. Similarly, a product of $100 at Shopify will be listed for $110 at Etsy.
Are there any Etsy registration charges?
You can join & start a shop on Etsy for free. You need to pay minimal listing fees, transaction fees, order processing fees, and a small commission fees.
Do I need a license to sell on Etsy?
Not necessarily. Before starting, do check the Etsy rules related to selling online.

Can we sync products and orders from Etsy to Shopify?
Yes, the products & orders can be synced from Etsy to Shopify.
What happens if the product quantity is zero at Shopify end?
When you'll update the product quantity at Shopify or when an order is created at Shopify, the product quantity at Etsy is also updated.
In case the product quantity at Shopify is zero, i.e., out of stock, then when we try to update the quantity at Etsy, it throws an error saying minimum product quantity should be one.
