  • How can I install the Warranty Management App?

    You need to have a Shopify store to install this app. 

    Click on "Install" button in the link below and proceed to the payment page of this app.

    Once you pay for it, you will get this app under the installed section of the Shopify store.

  • How to configure this app?

    Configuring the warranty management app will take just a few seconds of yours.

    Configuration of this app is divided into four sections i.e. General Configuration, Label Configuration, Mail Configuration and Theme Configuration. 

    You can configure the details of all the sections as per your requirements and click on save button.

  • How to uninstall the App?

    To uninstall the app, you need to remove the app from the "Apps" menu of your Shopify Store,
    Go to your Shopify store backend>> Visit the "Apps" section >> Here click the "Delete" button to uninstall the Warranty Management App.

    NOTE:- As soon as you remove/uninstall/delete the app on your Shopify store, we will send you an email asking you to let us delete the app-related data from our end.

    Kindly confirm the same.

  • What is the purpose of this app?

    With the help of warranty management app, you can create warranty on products available in your eCommerce store. Also, you can create default as well as extended warranty on products.

  • How to create warranty on products?

    To create warranty on products, simply follow the procedure as suggested below.

    Shopify Admin panel>>Warranty Management App>>Click warranty products>>Click add product>>Select any product>>Fill warranty details>>Click on "Save" button.

    Alternate:

    Go to Shopify Admin panel>>Click on "Products">>Select any product>>click on "More Actions">>click "Product warranty">>Fill all the details(in "Add Warranty" section)>>click on "Save" button.

     

  • Can I edit the serial number of any product on which warranty is created?

    Yes, you can easily edit the unique serial number of any warranty product.

    All you need to do is to visit the "Warranty Customer" section of this app and click on "View Detail" button. There, you will get the customer details about the product on which he has added warranty.

    Select the warranty product and click on "edit" button to change it.

  • How to add extended warranty on products?

    In order to add extended warranty on any product, simply follow this:

    Shopify Admin panel>>Warranty management app>>Go to "warranty customer" section>>Click on "view Details">>Select the warranty product and click "Add extended warranty options".

    There, you will get the "Add Extended warranty" checkbox. Check it and fill the details.

    Click on "Add" button and Save it.

    In this way, you can add extended warranty on products.

  • Is it possible to view the history of product on which I have extended warranty?

    Yes. You can easily view the extended warranty product history in the "Warranty Product Detail" section of the app.

    Follow this procedure:

    App>>Go to warranty Customer Section>>Click on "View Details">>Select the warranty product>>Click on "Extended Warranty History" button.

    There, you can view the extended warranty history of that warranty product.

  • Is there any specific code needed to show the "View Warranty" Button on Customer Account page?

    Yes.

    To show the "View Warranty" button on the customer account page, you just need to copy the below given code and paste it to the template/customers/account.liquid file.

  • How can I configure frontend to show "default warranty" information on the product page?

    You can show the "default warranty" information on the product page simply by copying the given code and paste it to the sections/product-template.liquid file.
